SIGNIFICANT INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

Provide high quality service and support for clinical diagnostic instruments at the customer facility and by telephone.

Automated Biomarker & Cell Signaling Assay Systems

*** Cell Sorting
*** Detection Antibodies Application
*** Electrochemiluminescent Labeling & Reading
*** Buffer Reading
*** Microplate Auto Loaders

System Components:

*** Micro Plates
*** Plate Electrodes
*** CCD Camera
*** Lens Systems
*** Motion Cotrollers
*** Bar Code Readers
*** Sample Stackers
*** Micropumps and Fluid Controls
*** Power Supplies
*** Central Processing Boards & Data Comm Boards
*** Control Interfaces, CPU and Displays

Responsibilities:

*** Participate in customer site evaluations, upgrades of hardware and software, product installations, preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and ongoing service and support for all equipment at the customer facility and via telephone.

*** Adhere to procedures and protocols outlined by the company, GMP, ISO, and other certifying agency policies and regulations.

*** Document activities within CRM system.

*** Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.

*** Communicate with Service and Training Department and Account Managers regarding product performance.

*** Participate in development teams and process development and improvements.

*** Support development and modification of Standard Operating Procedures.

*** Assist with training new employees.
