Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Advocate - Remote (EST).
Key Responsibilities
Process enrollment, claims, billing, and eligibility inquiries
Resolve escalated issues related to urgent enrollments and complex
claims
Provide coaching and mentoring for the Client Advocate Center
team
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Current active Health & Life license is required
Minimum three years of customer service experience in a broker or
insurance carrier setting; five years preferred
Advanced knowledge of medical insurance
Experience with MS Office and navigating carrier websites
Must be willing to work EST hours from 11:30am-8:30pm EST
