Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Services Specialist with
German and English languages.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all customer inquiries to successful resolution
Provide product and disease state information to healthcare
professionals and consumers
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product, medical, and industry
information
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
German native level C1/C2 and English B2+
Previous experience in a call center environment preferred
Experience providing medical information and customer service to
healthcare professionals strongly preferred
Competency in using information technology, PCs, and databases
University degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, human or
veterinary medicine, or relevant training as a pharmacy assistant
or technical assistant
