Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to drive strategic
initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO and leadership team for strategic planning and
execution
Lead special projects and manage core team meetings to ensure
alignment and accountability
Facilitate the development and tracking of quarterly OKRs and
annual planning processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
5+ years of experience in a strategic, operational, or advisory
role
Demonstrated experience in fast-paced startup environments
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing
complex projects
Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools
